SisterSeed Foundation exists to plant seeds of hope, healing, and opportunity in the lives of women. Through wellness, mentorship, and community support, we cultivate environments where women can grow, restore their strength, and step into their fullest potential. Our mission is to break cycles of survival by offering women in transition a moment of restoration, empowering them to heal emotionally, rediscover their worth, and re-enter their communities with renewed strength and vision.

Through your support, SisterSeed Foundation will host a fully sponsored Rest & Meditation Retreat for women transitioning out of incarceration and actively rebuilding their lives. These women are coming from shelters and halfway houses across Houston, many carrying the weight of trauma, survival, and the challenge of starting over. Your contribution directly supports every part of this experience, from transportation and meals to retreat materials, wellness care kits, and the safe, peaceful environment needed for healing. You are not simply funding a program, you are helping women step into a new chapter of their lives. At SisterSeed, we believe every woman deserves the chance to begin again, and with your support, we plant seeds of healing so they can grow into lives defined not by where they’ve been, but by where they are going.
